About this vacancy
Als bouwkundig adviseur ben je – na een inwerktraject – verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding van uiteenlopende interessante projecten. Tijdens je inwerktraject loop je mee met een collega die jou meeneemt in de projectmanagement en vastgoedzorg. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met onderhoudsmanagement, projectmanagement en sloopmanagement.What we expect from you
- Afgeronde mbo+/hbo-opleiding richting Bouwkunde (HTS/MTS/TU), of vergelijkbaar;
- 0-2 jaar werkervaring in een inspectie rol of werkvoorbereiders rol
- bij voorkeur binnen een straal van 50km rondom Rosmalen.
- Ervaring met Auto CAD, Revit & 0-prognose
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit
