About the role

As part of Sky NRG’s Marketing team, working from our Amsterdam office, the Brand Partnerships & Event Specialist will enhance our brand visibility and support demand generation for our Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) solutions. In this role, you’ll plan and execute events, manage brand partnerships, and collaborate closely with several business units to help achieve our commercial goals. Key projects will involve organizing events, coordinating with partners, and driving (digital) brand partnership campaigns.

• Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute a variety of events, Oversee event, Manage event budgets, Coordinate marketing efforts for events, collaborating with the Marketing & Communications team to promote across various channels (social media, email marketing, PR).
• Brand Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships, Collaborate on digital campaigns, Negotiate and manage partnership agreements. Evaluate partnership effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
• Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of events and partnerships, Prepare regular reports on event outcomes and partnership performance, tracking ROI, KPIs, and targets and Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights
• Communications and Collaboration: Work with the Marketing & Communications team, Coordinate with internal departments, Serve as the primary contact for event participants, partners, and vendors, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
• Key Projects: Self-hosted events such as Climate Week NYC, Partner events and webinars, Event strategy development and Post-event activities

Your profile

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B event organization (e.g., trade shows, customer events).
• Proven ability to plan and execute events independently or with agencies.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools like Mailchimp, Canva, and Pipedrive.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Keen attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in sustainability or renewable energy.
• A network in the event space, especially within the Netherlands/Europe.
• Familiarity with global markets or international experience.
• Interest in digital trends, AI, or emerging marketing tech.
