Job Description
As FP&A Controller you pro-actively support strategy execution and improve business performance by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting and analyses. You enable stakeholders (Country Divisions and Regions) to make fact-based sound business decisions and support execution of financial planning by preparing and supporting performance and strategy/planning meetings of relevant stakeholders. As part of the finance road map, you drive continuous improvements with respect to reporting, (scenario) analysis, financial planning and business case processes.
Your main responsibilities will be:

Developing meaningful KPI's and reporting on business performance, providing deep insights and fact-based analysis, by means of e.g. monthly performance, monthly forecasting, strategic update, annual plan etc.;
Driving improvement in disclosure of key metrics from transaction level till EMEA level;
Providing in-depth understanding of the business by driving conclusive analysis, translating variances in KPI's and macro-economic information into actions;
Monitoring effectiveness of improvement initiatives and bring relevant financial issues to the attention of key stakeholders;
Supporting the process for the monthly forecast process, preparation of gap analysis and benchmarking financial & cost performance against historical data/competitors;
Acting as a sparring partner for the Senior FP&A Manager and Sales Director on matters regarding financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications
About you!
We are looking for an experienced finance professional with the following:

A Bachelor/Master degree in Business Economics (or similar) and solid accounting knowledge;
5+ working experience with FP&A, advisory or business analyses, preferably in an international environment;
The capacity to digest complex information, see trends, have a helicopter view and think in scenario's and analysis through data;
An excellent communicator and team player in an international and multi-stakeholder setting;
Experience with Oracle HFM, SAP ERP system;
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
A critical mindset, accurate, you take ownership and continuously learn, improve and develop yourself.
