Business Manager - Customer & Data

The Team:
We are looking for a Business Manager for Customer & Data DBNL to start as soon as possible. In this role, you will support the IT lead, Job de Zeeuw, and work intensively with the other members of the Customer & Data Management team. Your goal is to make the entire team more successful in delivering the Tech priorities and projects for the Customer & Data domain.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- You are full member of the management team and act as a sparring partner, sounding board and troubleshooter for the IT lead Customer & Data and the team in day-to-day activities.
- You work closely together with the IT lead and the team on tactical and improvement topics and communication about these topics.
- There’s a series of activities that you master for the team: keeping track of business structure changes, financials, communications, risk & compliance, and many more.
- You are the driving force and accelerator for the team in the delivery of the Customer and Data roadmap and priorities. It means among others that you keep track of priorities, progress, and you anticipate issues and find solutions (e.g. resources, dependencies, new events, ...) ... and much more.
- You ensure good and effective insights for steering the department and are the go-to person for (and to align on) data, reports, information and presentations.
- You are highly effective in working with the other colleagues in and outside Tech NL – the colleagues working in other parts of Tech, the Business, HR and Finance.
- You anticipate what is coming next and make work lighter for all – including yourself.
- You have a leading role in portfolio steering for the domain and take on a program or project to manage as so-called integrator.

- Want to be part of and support a senior management team Happy with numbers, data, processes and people.
- Hands on, self-starter, able to read the big scheme and evolutions, and anticipate what comes. Effective in changing the course of events.
- Master Degree, Experience in Tech.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English, strong in ppt, xls.
