Job Description
- Work closely with our operations and product teams to support the implementation, testing, and introduction of new product and tech features;
- Develop creative materials to convey process & product updates, working closely with local teams from both DE and NL markets;
- Analyze existing challenges to identify potential knowledge & training gaps.Propose ideas to improve our operations & knowledge retention.
- Support with embedding all processes & policies into our training programme and e-learning platform.
- Keep our training curriculum for hub staff & workforce (including hub managers, shift leads, ops associates, and riders) up to date across training channels.
- Performing additional duties and support with other ad hoc requests;
- Actively taking responsibility when needed, no matter the task.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely;
- Background and/or work experience in operations, logistics or last-mile, in a fast-paced environment;
- Business fluent English; Dutch and/or German skills are a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
- Ability to think critically under tight deadlines;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
- Strong work ethic and listening skills while also being able to tackle multiple projects at once;
- Passion and skill for content creation and creativity is a plus;
- You are a team player
