We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Construction Integrity Monitoring Project Manager to join our team in the New York or New Jersey office.
Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. This position will support Cohn Reznick's Government and Public Sector Advisory practice. This group is highly experienced and specially trained in the operations, processes, regulations, and reporting requirements of public entities. YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
As a Construction Integrity Monitoring Project Manager, your primary responsibility is to safeguard the integrity of construction projects by preventing fraud, waste, and abuse. Your role involves the following key areas:
Risk Mitigation and Fraud Prevention:

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and mitigate risks related to financial irregularities, mismanagement, and unethical practices.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish robust controls and monitoring mechanisms.

Compliance Oversight:

• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct and/or supervise regular audits and inspections to detect any deviations from established guidelines.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze project data to identify patterns or anomalies that may indicate fraudulent activities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and cleints.

Training and Awareness:

• Educate project teams, contractors, and subcontractors about integrity standards and the importance of ethical behavior.
• Foster a culture of transparency and accountability.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, legal teams, and law enforcement agencies.
• Promptly report any suspected fraudulent activities.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.
The successful candidate will have:

• BA/BS degree in accounting, criminal justice, law, public administration or a related discipline;
• A minimum of 15 years of experience
• Construction industry and law enforcement experience is needed for this role.
• Demonstrated experience managing a high performance team.
• Experience managing subcontractors or an in-house team of employees.
• Your commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity will contribute significantly to the success of construction projects under your supervision.

In New York City, the salary range for an Construction Integrity Monitoring Program Manager is $105,000.00 to $175,000.00. Salary is one component of the Cohn Reznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, and access to best-in-class learning and development platforms, to name a few.
