Corporate Manager M & A / Strategic Planning

Our client Nexeye is a private equity owned company in the optical retail space with high ambition to grow to an European leader.

Functie omschrijving

The M&A/Strategic Planning Manager will engage in M&A projects together with shareholder KKR. The function holder will be in the lead of small acquisitions and supportive to major acquisitions that are pursued by Nexeye. The activities will range from target identification to post-merger management whereby the function holder will govern the programme as a PMO. Nexeye is a private equity owned company in the optical retail space with high ambition to grow to an European leader.
Additionally, the function holder will also participate in the strategic planning of the company. He/she act as PMO in the value creation plan with follow-up on the business initiatives and support the controlling function with the long term financial forecast. Furthermore, the M&A/Strategic Planning Manager will also support the board of directors with market analysis and competitor analysis. Tasks & responsibilities include:

Execute M&A projects in a private equity setting
Facilitate post-merger integration
Prepare the strategic planning process
Execute market and competitor analysis
Follow-up of the value creation plan and prepare for board meetings
Development of business cases and partially follow-up of the business projects
Support the long term financial planning process
