We are currently looking for a Country Director Netherlands.
Location Eindhoven.

Your role
As the Country Director for the Netherlands, you will be in charge of operations in the Dutch market and you will report to the international COO group. You will play a key role in the management and development of the business. The role includes shifting between hands-on and strategic work, and you should not be afraid of rolling up your sleeves.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate Sales: Build on existing client relationships and develop new ones
- Marketing campaign: Development and implementation of marketing strategies
- Financial management: Manage budgeting, financial stability of the company HR Management: Hiring, managing and motivating employees

To achieve in this position, you will need to be and have
- Pragmatic and flexible mindset
- Strong business acumen
- Proven commercial skills, comfortable with a sales pipeline
- Proven leadership skills
- Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills
- Business Degree, MSc level, MBA, Engineering, or similar
- At least 10 years of experience, consulting, tech,
- At least 5 years of experience in business and people leadership Language: Fluency in Dutch and English is required, French is a bonus
