What is this role about?

As a Country Manager for Netherlands at Bondora, you will oversee the smooth execution of regular country operations, focusing on expanding business volumes and enhancing our value proposition while ensuring the profitability of the Dutch market.
Your main responsibilities will be:

• Achieving strategic goals to increase country-level net profitability (i.e. taking responsibility for Pn L).
• Organizing the daily cooperation between Marketing-Risk-Product teams to ensure full focus is on improving the country's performance.
• Improving country-specific product offerings.
• Coordinating deal and contract negotiations on Bondora's behalf with all third parties offering services for the Dutch market.
• Compiling long-term plans and financials for the Dutch market.
• Being the main spokes-person to represent Bondora in the Netherlands.

What would ensure success in this role?

• At least three years of demonstrated experience leading a credit product line within the consumer credit field in the Netherlands.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance organizational culture.
• Proficiency in tracking Profit and Loss (Pn L) statements and compiling accurate financial forecasts and plans.
• Feeling confident working in a fast-paced, quantitative, and goal-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English. Proficiency in Dutch for market insights would be beneficial.
