Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
The Coupa Support Analyst is part of the Tech Ops Organization, this team is responsible to maintain all ADM systems in operation with highest availability. As a member of the Service Delivery Organization, as Coupa analyst you will analyze the tickets raised by user(s) and provide response/resolution to the user or work with the concerned teams/ 3rd party providers to resolve the issues as the per the Operational/Service Level Agreement with the business.
Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Coupa Support Lead, your role will have the following:

As a member of the Service Delivery Organization, as Coupa analyst you will analyze the tickets raised by user(s) and provide response/resolution to the user or work with the concerned teams/ 3rd party providers to resolve the issues as the per the Operational/Service Level Agreement with the business.
Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Coupa Support Lead, your role will have the following:
- Understanding of ADM procurement processes and ADM business processes or have an understanding of accounting for procurement processes with regards to Purchasing and Receiving.
- Willingness to learn Coupa via external and internal training.
- Understand global template and regional solutions designed/developed by Solution Delivery teams and resolve the tickets keeping the solution intact.
- Ability to act as back-up for the Coupa Support Lead.
- Ability to assist the Coupa Support Lead in managing daily operations.
- Perform thorough testing before releasing any solution for final user validation.
- Willingness to learn processes and technology of applications that interact with Coupa.
- Willingness to learn and follow ADM IT processes in performing all day-to-day activities.
- Willingness to learn ADM IT Service Management process, update incident/problem/service tickets regularly and accurately and document resolution in the service management tool.
- Assist with planned roll outs to ADM locations.
- Follow regulatory compliance and Security standards.
- Partner with other process and system experts to identify and implement business process continuous improvements opportunities
Your profile
- Minimal 5 years of functional experience in Coupa
- Experience with dealing with areas in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Finance, Procurement.
- Interest to grow in the wider support area Global Technology.
- Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
- You like to interact and have the ability to deal effectively with all levels of employees while maintaining a professional manner.
- Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes
- Fluent in English, Portuguese speaking is preferred.
