Take ownership
As our CRM Business Analyst, we want you to help us understand which of our messaging resonates with our users - and also why! You will be taking ownership of:

• Observing and analyzing our users' reactions and feedback to our messaging, and then
Turning that analysis into insights and actionables through which our CRM Specialists will leverage to make our users' communication journey even better‍
• ️

• You like to challenge the status quo, and think outside of the box ️
  
• You have a strong analytical skills, with deep understanding of data analysis and reporting
  
• You can / have worked with CRM Softwares
  
• Presenting insights and findings in an easy-to-understand manner comes naturally to you - big bonus points if you can take that insights and recommend actions and actionable for the team to take
  
• You're fluent in English, both speaking and writing ️
