Customer Complaint Management - Senior Professional

- Snelle en effectieve oplossing van kwaliteitsproblemen die klanten treffen door proactieve maatregelen en benaderingen.
- Bewaak de prestaties op het gebied van kwaliteit en begeleid andere teams in I2P-processen.
- Zorg voor een efficiënte en snelle afhandeling van klachten om de klanttevredenheid te verbeteren.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van het Issue to Prevention (I2P) proces.
- Identificeer oorzaken van klanttevredenheid/ontevredenheid, volg verbeterplannen en treed op als pleitbezorger van de klant.
- De nadruk leggen op klanttevredenheid.
Je bent iemand met...
- Ervaring: in een technische omgeving en klantgerichtheid; bij voorkeur met ervaring in kwaliteitsmanagement is preferrable.
- Een diploma: Degree in Wetenschappen, Toegepaste Wetenschappen, Elektriciteit, Elektronica of equivalent;
- Doelstellingen: gericht op resultaten en processen;
- Communicatie: in staat om op alle niveaus te communiceren met interne en externe belanghebbenden;
- Talen: tweetalig Nederlands & English, bij voorkeur met een goede kennis van het Engels;
- Kennis: Six Sigma of Lean is een pluspunt;
- Affiniteit en/of ervaring: met software (problemen); met klanten en continue verbetering zijn een pluspunt; Vaardigheden: communicatie, overtuigingskracht, interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, probleemoplossing, organisatie en planning, digitale en statistische vaardigheden, analytisch vermogen, teamwerk, waardering voor andere professionele disciplines zoals engineering en science, vermogen om anderen te beïnvloeden om veranderingen door te voeren;
- Nadenken over de analyse en verbetering van operationele processen die betrekking zouden hebben op kwaliteit, kostenreductie, verhoogde efficiëntie/productiviteit, klanttevredenheid, enz.
- Ontwikkeling van documentatie ter ondersteuning van analyse en verbetering, waaronder bedrijfsvereisten, functionele specificaties, proceskaarten, gap-/probleemanalyses, enz.
- Leiding geven aan consultancy buiten de CS&Q-organisatie met verschillende organisaties / belanghebbenden (interne teams).
- Ontwikkelen van training en/of change management materialen en activiteiten om (nieuwe) processen en procedures te ondersteunen.
- Monitoren van Hoshin plannen, kwaliteitsprestaties, klanttevredenheid en impact van verbeteringen.
- Uitvoeren van Interne Audits (en doorgroeien naar Lead Quality Auditor rol), rapporteren en controleren van implementatie van bevindingen en acties door het management.
