CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

Temporary Position (6 Months)

The role

Ensure that all administration related to Customer Services in Commodities in the Netherlands runs timely and smoothly. Furthermore you will be our ambassador to disseminate the four drivers of our strategic plan among all stakeholders: Stronger Together, Fit for the future, Give Trust and Take Responsibility, Understand your client.

What will you do

Co-operate closely with the team lead customer services and client coordinators to deliver the highest added value to our customers
Deliver professional, reliable and timely reporting towards our customers
Ensure proper hand over for invoicing
Enter, manage and maintain customer data in relevant customer systems
Process all necessary administration and documentation in the area of responsibility
Preparation of all information material needed in order to support the relevant organizational department

Skills & Competences

MBO working and thinking level, related to commercial customer service
Working experience in a relevant market or a relevant role
Preferably knowledge of technical terms in both local and English language in writing and spoken
Strong communication skills
