Working at ON THAT ASS as a customer care assistant means being in constant contact with our members. The questions you receive range from comments and thank yous to complaints and everything in between. Some conversations are resolved quickly, while others take longer. Everything is done to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction. As a customer care employee, you must always stay positive and complete every conversation with satisfaction. You get satisfaction from solving different types of problems, questions, and complaints. You have a solution for everything. You have a positive attitude by nature that you convey well on screen. Together with the customer care team, you will assist our French-speaking members. You will do this via email and (Facebook) Messenger. In the future, we want to expand our communication tools so we can better assist our members and improve our quality even more.
The opening hours of our customer care department are from 08:00 - 22:00. We currently have a vacancy for a new colleague for the minimum of 20 hours a week.

What exactly will you be doing?
You will work as a customer service employee at ON THAT ASS. You will be the point of contact for our members who have a question, problem, or comment. You will do this for our French-speaking members. Your tasks include:

Answering questions and comments through our channels;
Answering online questions via our socials;
Ensuring that conversations with our members are properly handled;
Translating content and vacancies.

You won't do this alone, of course. Our colleagues are ready to work with you to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

Who are you?

As a customer care employee at ON THAT ASS, you have the following qualities:

You speak and write French fluently;
You currently live in the Netherlands;
You are available for 20 hours a week;
You speak English or Dutch - both is also possible;
You have the gift of enthusing our members through your writing style;
You work accurately and efficiently.
