1. PO handling and confirmation including EDI and create SO in SAP
2. VB11 application and maintenance
3.Liaison with internal EDI, SAP and Logistic team to ensure correct EDI set up with customer.
4.PO Rescheduling including pull-in / push out or cancellation
5.Customer shipment arrangement including ASN update and invoice management
6.Overdue A/R follow up, Credit limit /or Temp. Release application, and A/R
reporting to HQ
7.Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business applications.
8.Urgent ad hoc pull in demand handling
9.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Mandarin if available.
10.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
11.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
12.Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and willingness to take on new challenges.
Candidate shall be familiar with SAP, MS Office and excel ( V-look Up is a must)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €2.700,00 - €3.000,00 per month
