Your responsibilities
- Negotiate and plan transportation within Europe with suppliers, overseeing the entire logistics process.
- Handle all necessary (customs) documentation and stay updated on relevant (local) legislation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, maintaining regular communication via phone or email regarding deliveries, updates, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Monitor delivery schedules and conduct stock control.
What do you need to be successful?
To thrive in this role, you should be engaged, driven, and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic field characterized by innovation and growth. Preferably you bring the following qualifications:
- At least 1 year of relevant logistical and commercial work experience.
- Familiarity with incoterms
- Knowledge about road, train and/or intermodal transportation
- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
- Intermediate vocational level (MBO diploma) or higher (MBO+ / HBO) or equivalent vocational experience.
