You and your job
As Process Mining Analyst you work in a team that is situated in a rapid changing and challenging environment (i.e. external regulatory demands, new innovations, compliance requirements). In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed process insights and delivering them to business stakeholders. You will analyze process data to identify trends and patterns, generate actionable insights to help stakeholders understand their processes, and collaborate with them to implement improvements based on your findings. Additionally, you will communicate complex data in a clear and understandable manner. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with process mining tools and techniques, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Practical Examples

A new system is implemented to automate a number of customer outreach processes. You determine what new logging data have been made available and how these can be incorporated into our process models in Celonis, our process mining tool.
During the development of process mining insights you find that some of the data points can be used in regular management information. You help the MI team understand what was developed and how it could be incorporated into existing dashboards.
The MT is looking for tangible improvement proposals to our CDD processes based on data insights. You work together with the project team to identify the most important bottlenecks in the process, organize sessions with process managers and analysts to confirm and refine the results of the analysis.

Analyze Process Data: Identify trends and patterns within process data to generate actionable insights.
Deliver Insights to Stakeholders: Communicate complex data clearly to help stakeholders understand and improve their processes.
Collaborate on Process Improvements: Work with stakeholders to deliver process mining solutions that can drive changes within FEC.

You and your talent

Bachelor or Master Degree
You have experience in building, operationalising and operating process mining solutions
You are able to understand process flows based on functional or technical designs and you possess process-oriented thinking
You feel confident in working in and with a diverse and complex stakeholder field
You have a critical mindset focused on continuous improvement – you enjoy challenging the status quo and are able to simplify things
You possess excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to support stakeholders in their ambition to become more data-driven in their decision making
Experience in working with data (SQL, Python, Excel), using different systems like Power BI or Celonis and frameworks such as Scrum, PDCA and Lean Six Sigma are a great plus
