• We are hiring Data Associates in our (Netherlands, The Hague) team to undertake labelling and data processing functions.
• We value your high attention to details and your ability to adapt to dynamic changes. You have excellent language and computer skills, moreover, you are recognized for your proactivity in identifying issues with efficiency and accuracy.

Key job responsibilities

• Work with text, speech and other types of data and attach tags to the contents, at scale.
• Deliver high quality of labeled data and content, leveraging guidelines to meet specific key performance indicators, and using in-house tools and software.
• Report issues and insights about data, tools, and software to the development team when necessary.
• Provide feedback for improvements to existing processes that can increase labeling throughput and quality of our product.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all applicable Amazon policies for securing confidential information.

A day in the life
The team works strictly in the office Monday through Friday with an eight hour shift and two breaks half an hour each. We have to work with several customers and types of work each week, so there are frequent changes in our daily work - you won't get bored! We are constantly looking for ways to improve our processing capabilities and deliver the best product possible to our customers. Regular team meetings, trainings, and Amazon events throughout the year await you.
