Your job

As a Data Culture Consultant you are the expert when it comes to turning organizations and departments into data driven organizations. You create and drive the I&T Data Culture roadmap, organize data culture programs and events, all with the goal to make I&T more data driven. Next to that you own various internal communication channels for which you are responsible for the content shared with your audiences. You take initiatives to grow the audience of these channels and boost enthusiasm and interactions in these communities.

Working environment

The team Data & Insights consists of Data Management Experts, Data Analysts and Data Scientists. In total approximately 25 FTE report to one manager. The team primarily services MT I&T and underlying departments like CDO, P&T, CM&C, CISO, Procurement and the CIO's, but also participates in multiple bankwide projects.

The team consists of talented data professionals that collaborate in projects and programs based on the capabilities that are required. We fully support the development of our colleagues and facilitate opportunities that support this development. Autonomy and flexibility are two of many characteristics of the team. We are normally situated at the Zuidas in Amsterdam.

Your profile

You have knowledge off:

• Data Management processes and standards

• Industrial Standards like Data Quality Management and Reference & Master Data management

• Effective communication

• Knowledge of the vision and strategy of the bank, our service concepts, internal processes, the organization and its service and products

The Data Management Capabilities within the bank are in constant state of development. You can have a leading and executing role in making our bank a truely data driven company. We are offering

• The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
• Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
• Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
• An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
• An excellent pension scheme.
