Position Summary

As a business analyst you will help bringing the Infor OS platform to the next level. As a core component of Infor OS, Infor ION enables our customers to easily integrate Infor and third-party applications. It also streamlines business processes using workflows and event monitoring, enables users to manage their tasks and keeps them updated through notifications and alerts.
You will be part of an international team of business analysts. You will analyze and prioritize requirements in cooperation with our product managers, define solution specifications, work with development teams to turn ideas into reality, and be involved in communication and documentation.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Work with quality assurance engineers to ensure that requirements are tested, and conduct acceptance testing to ensure that the specifications have been correctly interpreted.
Write draft documentation and create presentations and training materials.
Work is performed at least three days per week from the Barneveld office, The Netherlands.

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or relevant experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate in both technical and user-friendly language.
Fluent in English.
Knowledge in application integration, business process management, and related fields.
Familiar with business analysis methods and techniques.
Analytical, result-driven, accurate and proactive.
Ability to evaluate information from various sources and resolve conflicts.
Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks and make effective decisions under pressure.

What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in working in an international environment.
Experience in agile development.
Knowledge in cloud computing, software architecture, software engineering, enterprise software, data science, machine learning, or related fields.
Bonus points for speaking the Dutch language or willingness to learn.
