Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Sort and organize dishes, utensils, and glassware for washing and storage.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks and maintain a clean workspace.
- Empty trash receptacles and sanitize kitchen surfaces regularly.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimize workflow.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
