When Jochem and Sjoerd both became dads for the first time in 2013, they realized that baby care products were full of harmful ingredients. Driven to make a change, Naïf was born.

We were the first brand to introduce plastic-free wet wipes in the Netherlands, and we actively campaign against the use of microplastics in personal care products.
We have everything you need for your baby, from diaper cream to plastic-free wipes, shampoo and even sunscreen. The sensitive baby skin doesn’t need a lot if you ask us, and definitely no bad stuff. Your role
In this role, you’ll be the bridge between creative ideas and technical execution. You’ll work closely with the content team to brainstorm how to bring concepts to life on our website and through CRM, ensuring our campaigns are as impactful as possible. Next to this, together with the content team, you work on optimising SEO and continuously seek ways to improve our product assortment, providing consumers with the information they need.
Additionally, you’ll support our international growth by ensuring that content is easily adaptable for our markets, particularly in Germany, and by keeping them informed of improvements and gathering their feedback.
What you will do?
  • Lead generation: You develop and implement strategies to collect leads through our website and CRM campaigns, ensuring we connect with the right audience.
  • Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life on the website and through CRM. You’ll be the one who knows what’s possible and how to make it happen.
  • Optimize product assortment: Always be on the lookout for ways to improve how our products are presented online. You use tools or set up usability testing to ensure parents can easily find the information they’re looking for.
  • Smooth shopping experience: You closely collaborate with development and a UX designer to implement improvements to the website shopping experience.
  • SEO optimization: You ensure our product listings and website content are relevant, accessible, and search-engine friendly, helping parents discover the solutions they need.
  • Partnerships: You will work with existing partners, like Ohmygood, and identify and onboard new partners to expand our reach and bring more products into the hands of parents.
  • B2B sales: You will drive B2B sales through our platform for business clients, ensuring it operates smoothly and meets their specific needs (e.g. implement subscription model).
What will you bring?
  • Creativity: First and foremost, you’re a creative thinker. You bring new ideas and innovative solutions to the table, and understand the power of creativity in driving engagement.
  • Consumer focus: You can really put yourself in the shoes of a new parent, and have the ability to create solutions that meet their needs.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented: You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working on both the creative and technical sides of a project.
  • Experienced in digital marketing: You have experience in digital marketing, CRM, or have studied in these areas. While a strong understanding of SEO and CRM is a plus, we’re more focused on finding someone with the right mindset and the creativity to see the bigger picture.
  • Comfortable in an international context: You can effectively communicate and collaborate with teams across different markets, ensuring our strategies are relevant for all markets.
  • Skilled at writing: While writing isn’t your main responsibility, you have a talent for it and are comfortable contributing when needed. This skill helps you clearly communicate your ideas and support content creation.
  • You speak fluent Dutch & English, German is a plus
