Your Role

You are responsible for Naya & Arc’s operational supply chain. This includes managing and optimizing a scalable, cost-effective network of third-party logistics services. You are also responsible for managing the operational side of industry-standard e-commerce tools like Shopify, Amazon and Aftership. To succeed, you will need to apply savvy data analytics and optimize data streams between platforms.
Ready to be a co-entrepreneur? You will work closely with the founder team, our product supply chain teams in Asia, the customer service teams and international partners in the US and EU as we grow each company past 8-figures in annual revenue. Here are two of the questions you will be in charge of answering:
How do we most effectively fulfill Naya’s Kickstarter campaign pledges before we transition into in-stock sales?
How do we ensure smooth deliveries and stock level communication across teams during Arc’s annual Arc Pulse for i Phone launch season?

Your Responsibilities

• Lead our operational supply chain, excluding manufacturing
• Coordinate with global warehousing and fulfillment partners
• Manage inventory, improve fulfillment performance and shipping costs
• Lead demand forecasting. Take control of our inventory with intelligent excel databases and based on historic data and seasonal forecasting analytics
• Enhance customer satisfaction through improved fulfillment communication
• Lead proactive operations-related communication between various internal and external stakeholders
• Track and report on key operations metrics
• Monitor basic legal compliance across e-commerce operations

Your skills & experience

• 5 years' experience, preferably in e-commerce operations or related
• Degree in supply chain, business administration, data analytics, or relevant field
• Strong experience with operational parts of e-commerce services such as Shopify, Amazon, 3PL platforms and Aftership
• Tech savvy & high proficiency with Excel, able to build and maintain inventory management databases and contribute to team wide forecasting efforts
• Experience managing external stakeholders like 3PLs or software solution providers
• Strong sense of ownership & reasonable stress resistance, scaleup environment
• Based in NL and open for hybrid work is a plus
• Highly organized, strong time management & communication skills

Your Compensation & Benefits

• €45-60.000 per year for 40 hours per week.
