In this role you are in charge to drive and deliver our strategic E-Retailers business for Be Ne Lux across all our categories. Setting the long-term vision and owning the execution simultaneously with your dedicated team to drive profit and growth. With a strong commercial focus you will use your negotiation and influencing skills to develop this strategic partnerships turning them in long-term success
Alongside this the role you will lead our experience strategy, from content to retail media, across all digital retail touchpoints delivering best-in-class execution by putting our products and customers always at the heart.
You have strong E-Commerce skills and experience alongside analytical skills, ingenuity, and decisiveness to deliver insights and actions to drive the joint business forward and aligned with the wider market strategy.
Accountabilities:
Develop and drive the strategy for Pure Players
-
Develop the go to market strategy for Pure Players in BNL
-
Ensure that NPD launch and campaign roll outs across the retailer is of the highest standard
-
Own and develop a holistic retail media strategy in close collaboration with our media and category teams
-
Responsible to drive the ecommerce equation (traffic, conversion, AOV, sales) across all your dedicated channels
-
Maximize shopper and consumer understanding through effective category management and recurrent data analysis
-
Embed digital skills throughout the whole organization
-
Deliver sales and gross margin targets in line with budget
-
Deliver an accurate twelve-month rolling forecast that accounts for sales trends, promotions, seasonality, distribution changes, NPD and product exits
-
Create & deliver together with your Retail accounts, compelling and complete Joint Business Plan, including thorough activation plan, ATL and NPD Launches.

Agree, update, communicate and administer all areas of the promotional planning cycle
-
Manage a promotional budget in line with forecasts and retail activity plan
-
Manage costs & investment to maximize profitability across account portfolio
-
Construct strong customer proposals as part of the Customer Business Meeting Sequence, including analysis and presentation of key data
-
Hold regular face to face meetings with retailer commercial teams
-
Organize and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews between senior personnel at DYSON and retailer
-
Work with internal departments to drive through agreed customer initiatives.

Align the organization to your account and negotiation objectives, with an agreed timeline of deliverables
-
Establish and maintain effective ways of working & communicating with E-Commerce Team, Physical Sales Team, Marketing, Operations Team and other key internal stakeholders to deliver joint success in a matrix focused structure.

Ensure Supply chain KPI’s and efficiencies are set and delivered against.

Handle objections and hold other key stakeholders to account to meet targets and deliver joint activities whilst maintaining relationships.

Deliver clear, concise, motivational, and influential communication through multiple mediums (spoken, email, 1:1, group, presentation)

Lead and manage two direct reports (as of now)
-
Hold regular performance and development conversations to build and maintain a high performing team
-
Training and coaching of your team throughout the year
-
Management of task and information flow
About you
Experience:-
Previous high-profile E-Commerce background at consumers and/or beauty brands and or within retail E-Commerce business
-
Proven delivery of sales targets
-
Worked with and contributed to a high performing sales team
-
High level of account negotiations
-
High level of commercial awareness
-
Planning, Forecast Control across multiple product lines
-
Working knowledge of the Retail industry, either with an electrical manufacturer or other
-
Degree preferred
-
High level of communication skills both verbal and written
-
High level of attention to detail & planning
-
