Description:
In this role you are in charge to drive and deliver our strategic E-Retailers business for Be Ne Lux across all our categories. Setting the long-term vision and owning the execution simultaneously with your dedicated team to drive profit and growth. With a strong commercial focus you will use your negotiation and influencing skills to develop this strategic partnerships turning them in long-term success
Alongside this the role you will lead our experience strategy, from content to retail media, across all digital retail touchpoints delivering best-in-class execution by putting our products and customers always at the heart.
You have strong E-Commerce skills and experience alongside analytical skills, ingenuity, and decisiveness to deliver insights and actions to drive the joint business forward and aligned with the wider market strategy.
Accountabilities:
Develop and drive the strategy for Pure Players
  • Develop the go to market strategy for Pure Players in BNL
  • Ensure that NPD launch and campaign roll outs across the retailer is of the highest standard
  • Own and develop a holistic retail media strategy in close collaboration with our media and category teams
  • Responsible to drive the ecommerce equation (traffic, conversion, AOV, sales) across all your dedicated channels
  • Maximize shopper and consumer understanding through effective category management and recurrent data analysis
  • Embed digital skills throughout the whole organization
Deliver sales and profitability targets:
  • Deliver sales and gross margin targets in line with budget
  • Deliver an accurate twelve-month rolling forecast that accounts for sales trends, promotions, seasonality, distribution changes, NPD and product exits
  • Create & deliver together with your Retail accounts, compelling and complete Joint Business Plan, including thorough activation plan, ATL and NPD Launches.
  • Agree, update, communicate and administer all areas of the promotional planning cycle
  • Manage a promotional budget in line with forecasts and retail activity plan
  • Manage costs & investment to maximize profitability across account portfolio
Deliver compelling, well thought through and inspiring presentations to the retailer:
  • Construct strong customer proposals as part of the Customer Business Meeting Sequence, including analysis and presentation of key data
  • Hold regular face to face meetings with retailer commercial teams
  • Organize and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews between senior personnel at DYSON and retailer
  • Work with internal departments to drive through agreed customer initiatives.
  • Align the organization to your account and negotiation objectives, with an agreed timeline of deliverables
Influence internal and external stakeholders with impact to deliver results:
  • Establish and maintain effective ways of working & communicating with E-Commerce Team, Physical Sales Team, Marketing, Operations Team and other key internal stakeholders to deliver joint success in a matrix focused structure.
  • Ensure Supply chain KPI’s and efficiencies are set and delivered against.
  • Handle objections and hold other key stakeholders to account to meet targets and deliver joint activities whilst maintaining relationships.
  • Deliver clear, concise, motivational, and influential communication through multiple mediums (spoken, email, 1:1, group, presentation)
Team Management
  • Lead and manage two direct reports (as of now)
  • Hold regular performance and development conversations to build and maintain a high performing team
  • Training and coaching of your team throughout the year
  • Management of task and information flow
About you
Experience:
  • Previous high-profile E-Commerce background at consumers and/or beauty brands and or within retail E-Commerce business
  • Proven delivery of sales targets
  • Worked with and contributed to a high performing sales team
  • High level of account negotiations
  • High level of commercial awareness
  • Planning, Forecast Control across multiple product lines
  • Working knowledge of the Retail industry, either with an electrical manufacturer or other
  • Degree preferred
