Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Logistics Engineer to join our team who will work full-time on site in our warehouse, actively identifying and solving on-floor issues. In this role, you will act as a bridge between Warehouse and HQ, supporting process improvements, handling customer requests, and collaborating on various operational tasks. Your main focus will be on optimizing warehouse operations, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Feedback: Collect, analyze, and interpret customer feedback on warehouse operations, focusing on WMS and process flows.
• Requirements Analysis: Work with stakeholders to understand needs and improve warehouse workflows, WMS functionalities, and processes.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Manage supply chain processes, ensuring efficient goods flow, optimized inventory, and cost-effective WMS operations.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with teams to create and implement solutions that improve workflows and address customer needs.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use data analysis to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support logistics strategies.
• Project Management: Plan and oversee logistics projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet requirements.
• Collaboration: Act as a link between ICT, warehouse, and account management teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Reporting: Monitor implemented solutions, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

• Flexibility: Open to changing work hours, traveling to other warehouses, and handling diverse stakeholder needs.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS, process optimization, data analysis, and ICT systems. Skilled in using WMS, Excel, Power BI, and familiar with Lean or Six Sigma (preferred).
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business (preferred) with 5+ years in warehouse operations or logistics. Account management experience is a plus.
• Customer-Centric: Skilled at collecting and analyzing customer feedback to enhance operations.
• Process Optimization: Proficient in improving workflows, WMS functionalities, and inventory management.
• Project Management: Capable of planning and managing logistics projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Collaborator: Works effectively with ICT, warehouse, and account management teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
• Data-Driven: Strong analytical abilities to identify trends, track KPIs, and implement actionable improvements.
