We provide comprehensive logistics services worldwide, specializing in airfreight, sea freight, and road transport.
What You’ll Do:

• Handle and manage air import files and shipments with attention to detail.
• Coordinate orders, arrange bookings, and liaise with subcontractors.
• Prepare essential customs documents, bills of lading, and ensure customs declarations are complete.
• Keep customers updated on shipment progress and provide timely support.
• Manage costs and revenue entries in our system.
• Conduct administrative tasks with a proactive approach, helping our team deliver top-notch service!

What You Bring:

• Experience: 1+ years in freight forwarding, or recent logistics graduate.
• Skills: Familiar with customs documentation and experience with Outlook; Blujay (Cargomate) knowledge is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Personality: Customer-focused, organized, and thrives under pressure—a true team player!
• Flexibility: Our hours are 7:00–15:30, with options to adjust to 8:00–16:30 or 8:30–17:30.
• Requirements: Able to pass a background check (VOG+VGB) for your Schiphol pass.
