The Vacancy
Due to continue growth within our ESG group we have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant to join our team in Amsterdam.
The key responsibilities for the role:
- Support the delivery of general ESG related services in the Netherlands including but not limited to:
- Due diligence reports
- Life Cycle Assessments
- Certifications
- Deliver BREEAM pre-assessments and gap analysis for projects in the Netherlands Support with the delivery of decarbonisation reports to support clients with their net zero goals.
Skills & Experience required:
- Degree in an building surveying, architecture, engineering, sustainability or relative experience
- 1-2 years of work experience focused on making a more sustainable built environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (Basic German/Spanish/French are a plus)
- Familiarity with the BREEAM certification and sustainable buildings
- Is passionate about a Sustainable Built Environment
- Demonstrates a wider understanding of complex sustainability problems associated with a range of built environment issues and identify appropriate solutions through sound sustainability principles
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- Driving licence
- Required to have the ability to work within a team and on own initiative
- Must be enthusiastic proactive and self-motivated
- Must have strong verbal and numerical skills and good written skills
- Requires excellent time management and general organisation skills
- Is required to be flexible and have the ability to work under pressure
- Have a can-do attitude
