Finance Administrator (m/w/d)with growth opportunities
Tasks and responsibilities
- Ensure correct bookkeeping, together with the Finance Manager, in accordance with legal and internal guidelines
- Monitoring the Accounts Payable policy and booking and processing invoices
- You contribute to the general and analytical bookkeeping
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- You help with the corporate tax return
- You participate in audits
- You help with the reconciliation of accounts
- Advising and checking managers on cost and investment budgets
- Supporting the HR department with salary administration, pension provisions and insurance
- You assist and report to the Finance Manager
Your ideal profile
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
- Good communication skills and a flexible, results-oriented attitude
- Structured, independent and accurate working style
- Stress-resistant, Out-of-the-box thinking on a tactical and strategic level
- Experience with MS Office
- Experience with SAP-HANA is a plus
