Our FP&A Team is seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Business Partner to join our team, supporting our operations in The Netherlands.

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Finance Commercial for the France, Belgium and Netherlands cluster and act as a key partner to senior commercial decision makers. Your insights and financial expertise will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business in The Netherlands, helping to shape and support strategic initiatives while delivering actionable financial analysis.

What we are looking for

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field. CIMA or ACCA part qualified or QBE, preferred.
• Experience: Solid experience within a commercial finance role and in business partnering, preferably in multinational companies. Financial modelling.
• Language skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch are essential. Proficiency in another European language is highly desirable.
• IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point). ERP system skills - preferably SAP, Power BI and Qlik View experience preferred.

How you will thrive and make an impact

• Act as a trusted Financial Business Partner for The Netherlands, providing strategic analysis and advice to Sales Directors for sound financial decisions.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Director to create business plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
• Support sales leadership by setting targets, tracking performance, and calculating sales incentive payouts based on achievements.
• Prepare monthly financial results and profitability analyses to help identify strategies for revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Oversee operational cost management, financial reporting, and risk/opportunity documentation, while coordinating with the global FP&A team for consistent KPI tracking.
