Your Tasks

• Contribute to the features of your development team, by designing, building and operating features end to end.
• You talk to business and understand their needs over their asks, trying to optimise value creation for the products that you work on.
• You contribute to your chapter, improving our engineering practices and growing the development teams across the company.
• You don’t mind contributing outside the area of expertise, in the end it is more important to get a feature out well than it is to get your part done.
• You help and coach more junior developers in growing and delivering features.

Your Team

The team's mission is about creating value for Ad Alliance as the number 1 video Sales House. Mostly focused on automating Sales processes from buying the campaigns, till the moment of invoicing the campaigns, and everything in between.
As a crucial member of this team, you will be collaborating with individuals from various departments and roles, including business analysts, sales, marketing, and operations.
As a team we believe that having a strong connection helps to improve the results. We work a few days per week in the office where we seek this connection with each other as team, and our stakeholders. Al those things happen in an environment where we are encouraging, open, critical and respectful to each other.

About Ad Alliance
Ad Alliance is a media company, established in 2020, responsible for the sales of the largest media brands in the Netherlands. We collaborate with media agencies and advertisers to achieve the best results for their objectives by offering a wide range of cross-media advertising opportunities within our network of campaigns on TV, online, through licensing and partnerships on platforms including RTL, Discovery Networks Benelux, The Walt Disney Company, Paramount, We Are Era, DPG Media and recently HBO Max.
We work in an informal atmosphere with 150 result-driven colleagues. We do this in our beautiful office building in Hilversum, as well as from home. We share the same passion for the media brands we work for, and we believe that collaboration is very important.
