Global Transaction Reporting Officer

Currently, Rabobank complies with several financial regulations around the world related to transaction reporting, such as: EMIR, DFA, Mi FID II and more. As a Global Transaction Reporting (GTR) Officer you are responsible for monitoring this STP process, meaning, for verifying whether the reported transactions to financial regulators are being done in a timely, complete and accurate manner.
Practical Examples
- Monitors, investigates issues and carrying out root cause analysis of reconciliation breaks and content validation findings;
- Prepares reports for management and customers about the performance of the Rabobank when it comes to GTR Completeness, Timeliness and Accuracy;
- Participates in continuous improvements to guarantee that processes are optimized and risks are minimized.

- 36/40 hours per week
- 4 days/week working from home; 1 day/week in the office

Top 3 responsibilities
- Monitoring the results of daily Transaction Reporting Reconciliations and Content Validation findings;
- Investigate complex issues across the entire value chain of the trade (front to back process);
- Deliver MIS reports to management;

You and your talent
- University degree or HBO with 1-3 years of work experience;
- Strong analytical skills and communicative skills;
- Fluent in English (verbal and writing);
- Microsoft Office Skills;
- Understands the lean way of working (is an advantage);
- Understands complex process chains, front to back (is an advantage);
- Knowledge of regulations such as: EMIR, DFA, Mi FID II (is an advantage);
- Knowledge of Financial Markets Products (is an advantage);
