Graphic Designer

- Design of banners for landing pages, category pages and product pages, social media posts, e-mail newsletters and advertisements
- Ensure that all design work aligns with the brand's visual identity and enhances usability
- Work on UI/UX for an optimal usage of the website for our customers

Work on the front-end interface
- Create & publish visual assets for all our platforms
- Design and set up email marketing campaigns, including template creation, audience segmentation
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize engagement and conversion rates
- Ensure all email designs are responsive, accessible, and visually appealing across all devices
- Work closely with the team to decide on priorities and planning
The person we hope you are and the qualities you have:
- 3+ years of experience in Graphic and Motion Design
- Experience in UX / Front End with HTML / CSS
- Good technical knowledge.
- You are punctual and have a critical eye when it comes to noticing errors
- You do not need a lot of guidance, but love working as a team and having fun
- You take initiative naturally
- Your English speaking and writing is excellent, other languages are a plus
- You are living and allowed to work in the Netherlands, preferably in the Rotterdam area
- Knowledge/experience in PHP and REACT.JS
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Experience in the world of digital goods
- Flexible working hours (32-40 hours per week)
- You can work from home 2 days a week and 3 days in the office in Rotterdam
- A salary that matches your experience
