Job Description:
We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for shaping and executing our marketing strategy across various channels. This all-round role requires a professional who’s comfortable managing the full spectrum of marketing activities, including digital marketing, design, offline promotions, communications, and content creation. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and skilled in both strategic planning and practical implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute Kerama Group’s marketing plan, aligning with business goals and driving growth.
- Content Creation: Design and produce engaging content across channels (web, social media, print, etc.) that reflects our brand and product offerings.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize online marketing activities including SEO, Google Ads, email campaigns, and social media advertising.
- Design & Branding: Ensure consistent branding in all visuals; design product brochures, ads, and promotional materials as needed.
- Event Coordination: Organize trade show materials, manage promotional events, and support product launches.
- Communications: Develop internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and customer outreach.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to measure impact and refine strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, with proven ability to manage diverse projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, online marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (in Dutch and English).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
