Personally, but also as hotel manager, hospitality is running through your veins. Your mission? Lead and inspire our team through our core values, drive our local F&B offering, and manage both the strategic and day-to-day operations with finesse and agile mindset. The role (start: Q1 2025)
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for the guest satisfaction, well-being of our employees, sustainability goals and financial performance
- Lead by example by applying our unique culture foundation combined with personal values
- Guide, coach and facilitate professional (and therefore personal) growth team members
- Take full responsibility for the F&B success on site
- Responsible for recruitment, onboarding and retention
- Take (co) responsibility for housekeeping & maintenance success on site
- Responsible for the look, feeling & crispness of the hotel
- You stay on top of our PMS, POS and SOPs constantly identify root causes and create long term solutions
- Weekly collaboration with fellow teams based in support office: F&B, Brand, ESG, Finance & Build.
- Responsible for the safety and security on site
- Responsible for driving our (agile) Hotel operations meetings
Your superpowers and requirements
- If we got stuck in a lift together, we’d have a good time and share a few laughs
- Someone with a passion for hospitality, you inspire an enthusiastic guest-centred approach.
- Experienced and F&B savvy operator and have prior experience (+/- 8-10 years) in similar and/or leadership roles
- Fluency in English/Dutch is essential, additional languages are a plus
- You are comfortable with the strategic as well as day to day detail
- A hands-on, lead-by-example attitude. You are not that laptop-manager.
- A super host with huge passion for creating world class experiences
- Leadership focused on empowerment and inclusivity
- Confident & calm in dealing with challenging situations and crisis management
- Experience in presenting and delivering brand vision
- IT skills for relevant property management software systems & POS software
- You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way
- Flexible and full-time availability from Q1 2025
- Must have a heart for sustainability
- You are legally allowed to work in The Netherlands
