Responsibilities

• Resolve tier 1 to tier 2 HR inquiries related to benefits, payroll, employee record changes and systems
  
• Manage case escalations and apply critical decision-making regarding case inquiry escalation and resolution
  
• Manage employee transactions in Workday and payroll for The Netherlands, France, Germany and the UAE
  
• Coordinate new hire orientation, off-boarding processes and everything in between
  
• Support employees with any HR related questions and advise people managers in the business
  
• Provide data-driven insights through metrics and reporting
  
• Identify and implement best practices for continuous improvement
  
• Share in the development and deployment of knowledge articles and content management
  

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to providing quality results with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage work time efficiently
  
• Resolute in handling confidential/sensitive information
  
• In-depth knowledge of HR operational services, you have a few years of experience in the HR field
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  
• Fluency in English, Dutch is not required – however – knowledge of Dutch labor law is
  
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
