l Enhancing the value of HR practices in alignment with Zoomlion’s Global and Regional HR Strategies, ensuring that policies and procedures are tracked and applied, revision and ammending of Employee Handbook per the changes in local conditions or labour laws;
l Manage timesheets for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing;
l Responsible for providing HR guidance to all department managers and employees within their defined scope, taking active role and full execution of the recruitment process ensuring that recruitment targets and deadlines are met; (job ads, creating talent pipelines through Kariyer.net and Linked In, conducting phone screenings, creating and reporting shortlists, updating interview logs, arranging 2nd and 3rd interviews with corporate office, giving feedback to candidates, reference checking, sending job offers, etc.);
l Taking an active role in onboarding and offboarding, performance management, talent management, and employee engagement, and internal communication processes, support preparation of annual HR budget, having strong expertise on all measures of labor cost, support gathering all monthly payroll data and ensure the payroll process is smoothly handled;
l Preparing HR related local/regional/global reports on time, dealing with all legal processes considering disciplinary cases, dismissals etc. in accordance with the company lawyer;
l Leverage creative and innovative ideas to ensure our organization finds and retains the most talented employees in the construction machinery industry, strengthen the position of Zoomlion as an attractive employer, ensuring that employee files are filed accordingly, up-to-date and complete;
l Supporting core HR processes (recognition & reward, training & development, performance management) through the local and global systems and processes, actively communicating with employees to understand their organizational & physical needs and provide HR consultation on employee relations to enhance team performance, culture and diversity.
QUALIFICATIONS
l Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, industrial engineering or social sciences;
l Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources;
l Having strong knowledge of local Labor Law;
l Advanced level of fluency in English is a must;
l Knowledgable and skilled in preparing payroll;
l Have solid knowledge of Recruitment (Competency-Based Interviews), Performance Management, Talent Management, and Employer Branding;
l Excited to initiate, develop and implement new HR practices;
l Excellent MS Office Skills, especially proficient in Excel;
l Display structured, strong planning, and executing skills together with a “can-do attitude” and a self-motivating way of working;
l Possess a positive attitude when looking for improvements and finding new opportunities is a natural part of your way of working.
