Success Factory is now looking for a skilled and enthusiastic HR offer to support the rapid expansion of its Global Headquarters in Amsterdam.

Your responsibilities


  • Establish and/or improve all HR procedures and policies.
  • Managing all operational HR-related activities (related to new joiners, leavers, transfers etc.), including data entry in the HR system.
  • Be a key player in the recruitment process: assist in creating job descriptions, job postings, and manage the recruitment process.
  • Handling requests from management and employees about immigration matters, expenses, absence, and 30% ruling;
  • Make sure that relevant changes for payroll are processed in time and personnel files are up to date.
  • Managing the administration such as onboarding and offboarding, contracts, changes, and questions.
  • Advice on and dive into (complex) HR cases related to the company.
  • Playing a key role in helping new employees get adjusted to their role.
  • Be the primary point of contact for employees on all matters related to HR.


Your profile


  • You bring at least 4 years of relevant work experience in HR, preferably in a fast-growing international company;
  • You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail;
  • You are flexible and a fast adopter with great communication skills (Dutch and English);
  • You are entrepreneurial, enjoy making things better each day, and value teamwork;
  • You are familiar with relevant aspects of the Dutch labor law;
  • Professional level of Dutch oral and written;
  • You have experience and are comfortable with acting as a mediator to help improve team dynamics.
