The opportunity


We are seeking a highly motivated Influencer Specialist to join the Marketing team. This person will play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand’s presence within the Sports Nutrition field via influencer marketing:

• Responsible for the influencer program by driving and executing influencer marketing plans across channels with the goal to grow the associated KPI’s (such as reach, engagement and revenue)
• Develop content ideas and oversee content development for/by the influencers in line with brand positioning.
• Ensure influencer pool & plans are always in line with brand strategy & plans.
• Managing and optimizing the brand ambassador program by building an active engaging community, executed by intern.
• Keep abreast of emerging influencers, trends and competitor activities and reflect learnings in plans.
• Liaising with Social Media Specialist to collectively drive and optimize performance of the influencer program on our socials.
• Deliver data driven analysis on influencer & brand ambassador performance and provide insights and ideas for improvement.
• Responsible for Influencer events/PR activities to strengthen relationships and brand visibility & reputation.
• Coaching influencer intern and ensure recruitment for succession.

About you

• >2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media and/or content marketing.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing and social media industry.
• Fluent in Dutch (verbal & written) and English.
• Organized with great project management skills.
• Proven communication and relationship building skills.
• Active in sports & feels at home in the gym.
• Understanding of sports nutrition is a plus.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, ability to brief and follow up on creative content development.
• Commercial skills, result driven and being able to draw conclusions and define next steps based on results.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
