Inhouse Consultant

• Managing the staffing needs of our client
• Conducting intake interviews and job matching
• Scheduling temporary workers and maintaining planning
• Being a contact person for both the client and the temporary staff
• Handling administrative tasks such as contracts and time registration

• A minimum of MBO-level work and thinking
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
• Affinity with the logistics and/or production sector
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
• Polish language skills are a plus, as Polish-speaking candidates are welcome!
