**Role Overview:**
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales excellence within our European team. Your focus will be on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), maintaining sales tools, collaborating with account managers, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
1.Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meet sales targets and budget hit rates for designated sales accounts/customers.
2.Customer Interaction:
Provide timely RFQ replies and basic cross-part references to customers.
Handle frontline escalations related to delivery and quality cases.
3.Sales Administration:
Maintain pricing matrices and ensure accurate system uploads.
Keep sales tools up-to-date, including:
Quarterly Business Review (QBR) slides
Share of Business (SOB) analysis
4.Margin analysis:
Total Addressable Market (TAM) / Total Available Market (TAM) / Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM) analysis
Market Research and Collaboration
Conduct market and customer research to identify potential leads and gain insights into industry trends.
Collaborate closely with account managers to achieve assigned targets
5. Customer Engagement:
Accompany Account Managers/Sales Managers on customer visits when necessary.
6. Sales Strategy Execution:
Work with the sales team and other departments to strategize and execute sales plans.
Focus on targets such as Ro HS data submission and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
7.Sample Application and Monitoring:
Apply sample requests through the Notes System.
Organize sample deliveries to end customers and monitor project progress.
8.Proactive Lead Generation:
Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
9.System Maintenance:
Handle system price applications and maintenance (PR00) for assigned customers.
Utilize SAP system and Internal Notes for tasks such as new account creation.
**Requirements:**
- Experience: 2 years of inside sales, purchase or supply chain experiences.
- Excel Skills: Proficiency in using VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other relevant Excel features. This is Must-Have.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in supply chain or logistics preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, other European languages or Chinese are plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
