Inside Sales Account Manager

The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for selling SOTI’s products and services via telephone, primarily by responding to high volume inbound and outbound calls. The Inside Sales Account Manager is also responsible for delivering a positive customer experience leveraging the SOTI sales model while maximizing revenue and margin generation.

Accountable for driving business, and meeting or exceeding quota goals, in an assigned territory.

Actively hunting new business opportunities by willingly cold calling prospect customers in the defined region.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to identify and qualify lead opportunities.

Responsible for all duties from prospecting to closing accounts, in partnership with the outside sales executive.

Prospect, generate, qualify and follow up on assigned leads.

Provide accurate and timely updates on pipeline and forecast utilizing Sales Force.

Communicate technical, industry, and market facts to position SOTI as a competitive solution with customers.

Collaborate with colleagues, cross-functionally (Outside Sales Executive, SEs, Channel Partners, Marketing, etc), to support the sales strategy.

Maintain in-depth product, industry trend, and technical knowledge.

1-3 years of experience in selling Business-to-Business (B2B) technology in an Inside Sales environment.

Basic knowledge in mobile technology.

Strong phone presence and experience in a high-volume customer interaction environment.

Passionate and driven to make sales.

Passion for technology and aptitude to learn new technologies.
-
Proficient interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.

Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing or engineering discipline or equivalent industry experience.
-
Fluent in Dutch.
