International Account Manager

To expand our reach, we are looking for a motivated International Account Manager to engage and support our international clients in their native language.
Role Description
As an International Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the inbound sales funnel for international leads in your native language. You will conduct webinars, demo sessions, and maintain regular customer contact to help them understand the value of our products. No cold calling is required—your focus will be on nurturing existing interest. You will also assist in translating sales and marketing materials and our product information to ensure it resonates with a global audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the inbound sales funnel for international leads in your native language.
- Host webinars, conduct demo sessions, and maintain ongoing customer engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and help them navigate our offerings.
- Translate and adapt sales and marketing materials to your native language to ensure effective communication.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies and enhance the sales process.
- Collaborate with other International Account and Community Managers to align efforts and share best practices.
- An international student currently studying in the Netherlands, ideally in a field related to sustainability or business.
- Native fluency in a language other than English, with strong communication skills in English.
- Enthusiasm for sustainability and a talent for sales and customer engagement.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer support is a plus.
- Proactive, creative, and able to work independently.
- Availability of 8 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
