IT Service Desk Employee
For our IT department, we are looking for an IT Service Desk Employee!
In this role, you are providing hardware and software support to Tacx\Garmin associates.
This includes supporting, researching, purchasing, building, delivering, and security maintenance of a variety of hardware and software solutions. Troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues is also a key purpose of the role to ensure Garmin's IT systems are stable for our users, while also being secure for the larger environment.
The role is broadly split between providing day-to-day operational support to Users for existing IT services and project work leading to the development and deployment of new IT services.
The IT Team
Our IT team is a small team of professionals with passion for IT. Aside from all your local coworkers, you’ll work together with international (Garmin) colleagues from different kinds of disciplines all over the world.
What are your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Proven experience of using and configuring Microsoft Operating Systems
• Microsoft Office troubleshooting
• Active Directory account administration
• Office 365 administration
• Microsoft Exchange mailboxes and permissions
• Laptop, desktop and printer hardware
• Zebra scanner and printer support
• Mobile device support and management
• IP telephony systems (Avaya)

What do we expect from you?

• Dutch or English language on B1 level
• MBO 4 ICT
• BTEC HND in Computing or equivalent certification
• Experience of working in an IT Service Desk team (0-4 years current role)
• Experience of using and configuring Microsoft Operating Systems
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Desktop Applications
