KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER NL & BE

You will manage the portfolio of customers in The Netherlands and Belgium, establish a strategy to grow the market share, set targets and build long-term relationships within glass fitting business.
AGC ARG leverages its OEM expertise to design and manufacture glazing for the replacement market that meets the same high specifications as original products.
Responsibilities:
Key Account Management
- Develop a commercial strategy for the Netherlands/Belgium region accounts to reach Sales & Operating Profit targets,
- Identify accounts current and potential needs through customers visits, solve issues, promote brands & products, prepare contracts, manage the pricing.
- Negotiate, prepare and conclude standard and non-standard contracts within defined guidelines.
- Resolve the clients complaints in order to guarantee their satisfaction and retention.
- Initiate, build and maintain a wide variety of relationships internally and externally in order to secure long term client partnership with relevant stakeholders,
- Manage the cooperation with 2 customer service agents
- Demonstrate the team values such us Customer Partnership, Effective Collaboration, Accountability, Smart Simplicity and Enjoy.
- Continuously update product knowledge,
- Prepare and deliver on time and accurately a required reporting,
- Analyze and monitor the automotive glass market and the competition landscape.
AGC is looking for a collaborator, based in the Netherlands or Belgium with the following background:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles preferably within companies from aftermarket sector.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets, developing and implementing plans and strategies.
- Proven track record in managing different stages of commercial process.
- Strong understanding of sales and customer service principle and commitment to implement it.
- Fluent in Dutch (native or equivalent) and proficient in English.
