As part of its development, Standard Textile Europe is recruiting a BUSINESS DEVELOPER (M/F) in the Netherlands to retain and grow a client portfolio in the country. Reporting to the Benelux Sales Director, the responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining a portfolio of key account clients in the hospitality, industrial laundry, healthcare, and furniture sectors in the Netherlands.
• Analyzing specific client needs and offering suitable textile solutions, taking into account their technical and economic constraints.
• Managing and responding to tenders in collaboration with internal teams.
• Negotiating contracts to maximize project profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Overseeing project and order follow-up in collaboration with a dedicated sales assistant.
• Providing regular reports to management on sales performance, project progress, sales forecasts, and margins.
• Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities in the targeted sectors.

Compensation : fixed salary based on experience and profile + performance-based bonuses + company car.

Experience : Proven success in B2B business development, ideally in the textile sector or with a related clientele.
Required skills : You are a seasoned negotiator with excellent organizational and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive and results-oriented, you anticipate client needs and respond effectively to tenders. You have strong adaptability in an international environment and work cross-functionally with internal teams. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
