Laboratory Technician Cell Biology (ELISA, FACS)

Job description
For a research laboratory in the biotech sector that is specialised in the development of novel antigen based drugs, we are looking for laboratory technicians with a proven background in cell based assays, cell culturing, ELISA, immunological assays, FPLC and FACS. You will use these techniques to develop new functional assays, purify novel drug candidates and screen these compounds for efficacy.
This company is looking towards expanding it's laboratory staff so you will doing a lot of hands-on experiments in a growing research and development division.
Applicants that do not live in the Netherlands, don't have a valid long term working permit or have a Ph D will not be considered for these positions.

ProfileFor these positions we are looking for a research technician with the following qualifications:
- A Bsc or Msc degree with a specialisation in Cell biology, Biochemistry or Immunology.
- At least 2 years of prior working experience in a laboratory, specialising in assay development for antigen screening.
- Proven track record using the following techniques: cell culturing, cell assaying, ELISA, FACS or protein purification (AKTA).
- Strong communication skills with a real hands-on working mentality
- You thrive in a research setting.
Benefits:
- A starting salary between €2900 and €3500 euros. Based on fulltime working hours and experience.
- Outlook on a permanent contract.
