International Business is part of the Business, Vitality & Hospitality domain. The International Business programme has a broad curriculum, taught in English, with a strong international focus having many nationalities in both the student and staff community.

Are you the right fit?

You see students as individuals and realise that it is important to understand their personal needs and interests. You ensure that this generation is well-prepared and that they can put their knowledge into practice. Maintaining contacts with the professional field is also part of your job. You coach and motivate your students. And you determine the learning pathway together with the student. In short; inspire, excite and challenge the new generation. In addition:

• You have a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree and work experience in a relevant field;
• You have extensive experience in higher education and have been involved in building curricula;
• You can coach well and communicate clearly and your command of Dutch and English is excellent;
• You have good planning and organisational skills and are result-oriented;
• You have well-developed teaching and coaching skills.

• A gross monthly salary between € 4,173.75 and € 6,359.47 for full-time employment (scale 11 cao hbo);
• Support in obtaining a basic qualification in didactical competence if you do not have one already;
• 8.3% end-of-year bonus, 8% holiday allowance and possibly an allowance for travel expenses and/or allowance when working remotely;
• About 53 days off if you work full-time;
