What you are going to do:
Together with the welcome desk team, you’re the first impression of the warehouse. Our mission is ”connecting all docks by welcoming everybody with the biggest smile and best service we can give”. The Welcome Desk is the place where everybody comes to ask for help.
This includes our dedicated logistics team of 300 teammates (420 in high season), visiting teammates from other business units and visitors from external companies.

This is what is requires:
We prefer people who have already some work experience is the field of customer service, hospitality service, receptionist or administrative work. But most important is your enthusiasm and commitment in helping others.

️‍ ️ You were born for the world of sports, dare to be yourself and are proactive.
You are flexible in working hours and available 24-38 hours per week (including one weekend day). You are available in 3 shifts: morning (7:30-15:30) and afternoon/evening (15:30-23:30) and night shifts in peak seasons(23.00 - 07.30).
You have an excellent command of the English language and have a valid Dutch passport/visa/work permit.
You are comfortable working with computers, IT systems and Google Suite
You are not only an ambassador of Decathlon, but also of our Planet. Together we make the world of sports a lot more sustainable. This means as well that you live within 30 minutes radius of our warehouse in Tilburg.

You will receive 100% travel expenses reimbursement if you come by bike or travel by public transport. You will receive a 50% reimbursement for traveling by car (€0.21 per km, max. 30 km for a single trip).
