Your tasks

• Due to the growth of our company, a new position has become available. As Operations Manager you will be responsible for our order processing, service order management and logistics department in an international sales environment. The wide variety of products, projects and services we offer our customers makes this a challenging, dynamic and varied role. You will play an important role in optimizing our operational processes and ensuring effective collaboration. You will be based in our head office in Utrecht with a team of approximately 8 people.

Your qualifications

• You have at least a bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics or supply chain management, and several years of work experience in a similar position. You have experience in data analysis and the use of ERP systems. You are commercially minded and have an understanding of intercultural communication and international market dynamics. You master both the Dutch and English language, spoken and written. You have experience with leadership and are able to coach team members in their development. You have strategic thinking skills, an analytical view and you work in a structured and considerate manner. You are decisive, problem-oriented and communicate openly and honestly.
