Your tasks

• You check the terms of new orders and projects.
• Preparing complete quotations and (partial) invoices.
• You are aware of the progress of current orders, projects and tenders and ensure their smooth running.
• You participate in procurement projects and provide the necessary input for this.
• Together with your own team and international teams you discuss how the order process can be further optimized.

Your qualifications

• You are at the beginning of your career or already have some years of work experience in an administrative position.
• You have strong communication skills and take the initiative easily.
• You know how to keep an overview and set priorities.
• You are in possession of an MBO or HBO diploma and corresponding working level.
• Knowledge and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP). Is this new to you? Then we will teach you.
• Passion or affinity with (electro)technical devices is not necessary, but makes the work extra fun.
